A Life ignoring Tradition: A wasted life

Please listen to this carefully and every word of it
This is what most people in our country have missed out on in this generation
hence such mediocre lives as Indians.
at least the next generation has to master these principles ..the same ones as discussed in "Deep work" ... almost the same as discussed in "power of habit"
please use your good relationship with everyone to educate them on this: 
these are the very things that our "brahmin lifesyle" as taught by our tradition also teach us
but we ignored them
only to become idiots and compete with the rest of the idiots of the world
and now western research is teaching us the same things... at least now we have to take it seriously

Entropy and the concept of Yuga in Sanatana Dharma

One of the most common ideas on time in the Sanatana Dharma is the concept of Yugas. As far as I know there are 4 Yugas (which also possibly repeat themselves), but in general the four of them are : Satya Yuga Treta Yuga: SreeRama Dwapara Yuga: Sree Krishna Kali Yuga And if you read about these yugas in any of our scriptures, be the Puranas, or the Bhagwath Geeta, the Bhagavatham, but there is a strong agreement in every school of thought regarding the yugas.
